The following charts provide information on Ohio's performance goals under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act. There are two publications that will serve as detailed reference material for you. 1) The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) NO. 7-99 Non Ohio Workforce Connection Link which explains the core and customer satisfaction performance measures and provides key definitions and the formulas for the measures. 2) The U.S. DOL (TEGL) NO. 8-99 Non Ohio Workforce Connection Link which provides information and examples for incentives and the sanction process.
