| The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding is to provide information about the relationship between the chief local elected officials, the local workforce investment board and the one-stop system partners regarding their respective roles, duties, obligations and responsibilities for implementation of the provisions of section 121(c)(2) of Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. The MOU components are now included in the required Business Plan for the Governor's Workforce Policy Advisory Board. Please see the new MOU documents below: |
